I have been an artist from a young age and decided to seriously pursue sculpture when I was in my late teens. I studied stone carving in Pietrasanta Italy, Boston University and then worked in NYC for over 8 years. I built life-size sculptures for museums and historical societies and then moved to Atlanta, Ga. where I produced work shown at many galleries in Atlanta, Mexico, NY and Italy. I moved to the Hudson Valley in 1998 and have since then run a foundry and continued with my work. After taking a hiatus to work on outreach programs in the latino community and to be ED of an art center I have retuned to my roots and am creating a body of work in painting, drawing, collage and sculpture. I hope you will enjoy these pieces and hopefully find them interesting enough to have in your home and inspire you every day…
